Custom color on a chart graph

Is there any way to have a custom color for a chart graph?

I would like to change the color of my chard, and there is
no option
to create a custom color, only to select the defaults.

I tried Tools/Option/Pages/Alternate Row Color but it
doesn't seem to
be carried over.
Please help
