Custom dictionary does not work with other Office applications

I made a custom dictionary file and it works great in Word. But when I open
Outlook or Powerpoint for example within the Office 2003 Stand. suite, the
dictionary does not work. It still red underlines words that I know I put in
the custom dictionary.

How do I get the custom dictionary to work with other Office programs like
Outlook and Powerpoint?
