Custom dictionary

How can I access the custom dictionary to make corrections to entries that I
have made inadvertantly?

Go to Word. Use Tools, Options, Spelling and Grammar, Custom
Dictionaries and then Modify. Find the words and delete.

Thanks for your reply; however, when I chose tools, spelling and grammer, and
custom dictionaries, I have no "Modiy" option. Any other ideas?
