Custom error bars in beta 2 are not working. In excel 2007 you navigate
through chart>layout>errorbars>more options>custom>specifiy value. After
specifying a value the error bars don't show up. When you click specify
values a second time the value has reset to ={1} instead of the range that
was entered.
