Custom Field Formula

I have a Cost field (Cost1) that I would like to be a percentage of the
Fixed Cost for a specific task. How do I specify the WBS Fixed Cost field
that I want to use?

Example
WBS1 Fixed Cost = $10,000
WBS2 Cost1 = WBS1.FixedCost * 20%
