Custom Fields

I have created a custom field to show me what % of my duration has
expired and the formula works great in a local "Custom Field".

I am in the process of implementing Project Server 2003 and thought it
would be a great idea to place this formula in the GLOBAL FILE within
an Enterprise Field as others had expressed interest in having the
formula.

I opened a file while I am connected to Project Server 2003, the
Enterprise Field returns #ERROR while functioning perfectly in the
local field.

I have used Enterprise Text(11) on the server and Text(6) locally
within the project.

Hopefully someone can give me some direction why this does not work in
the Enterprise field. The formula has not been changed, it was cut
and pasted, I have verified that already.

What is your formula in the Enterprise Text field? It would help to know so
that we can troubleshoot your problem.

Hi Jon,
have you tried to recalculate the project plan?
(Tools/Options/Calculate/Calculate Now)
I had the same problem and could solve it with a
recalculation.

The recalculation did the trick. Thanks for the tip.
