Dear Outlook Gurus,
I have an Outlook folder that contains quite a few pre-composed
e-mails (just plain text) that I occassionally make copy of to send to
a friend and also to post to a news group.
When I have send a copy of one of these e-mails to someone (or posted
it to a newsgroup), I'd like to be able to make a record so that I
don't sent to the same person (or newsgroup) twice. The best way
would be if I had a check box with the person's initials (or the name
of the newsgroup) as the heading so that I could add a tick when they
had been send a copy of a particular e-mail.
I've tried adding columns that permit an on/off tick to be added, but
without success.
Any ideas as to how this could be achieved?
I'm using Outlook 2000 SP1 (9.0.0.3821) with an Exchange server, under
Windows 2000 SP4 (5.00.2195).
Ciao,
Chappy.
