Outlook 2007 Changes the Recipient's e-mail Address After Pressing Send

This is most bizarre. I send e-mail via a stand-alone Outlook app on my
computer to a person who has two e-mail addresses. By an agreement that I
have with this recipient, one of thsoe addresses is intended to be read by
her using a stand-alone (not server) Outlook application on her computer,
and the other e-mail address is intended to be read by her using a different
(non-Outlook) stand-alone e-mail application on her computer. (Don't ask
why we do that, it doesn't matter for this discussion.) If I address an
e-mail to this person and allow Outlook to autocomplete the entry to this
recipient's non-Outlook e-mail address, the address appears as I want it on
the e-mail. However, AFTER I PRESS SEND, my Outlook 2007 CHANGES THE E-MAIL
address to the recipient's other e-mail address that is intended to be read
by her Outlook Application. Why does it do that, and how can I make it
stop. (At one time I had two Outlook Contacts set up for this person, one
Contact entry specified "Show Name as: [name] Outlook Mail
([email protected])." I have since deleted that contact, but that is the
address that Outlook switches to after I press Send.

If I start typing the recipient's name, there is no autocomplete entry for
the "Outlook address." That address only shows up after I press send.

If I manually type the entire address to be used (the address intended for
the recipient's non-Outlook application) and do not let Outlook
autocomplete that entry, then Outlook does not change the address after I
press Send.

How can I prevent Outlook from changing an e-mail address after I press
send?
