I am using outlook 2000. How can I clear the form cache as I got the error
message said : custom form can't be opened, and has to use the outlook form.
I have followed the instruction given by the people here :
Tool -->options-->other tab-->advance option-->custom forms-->manage
forms-->clear cache
But I can't find the tab "custom forms" in the advance option screen. Any
help would be much appreciated.
