custom form not displayed in the preview pane

hi all,

I created a custom form by modifing the default message (just added a
picture item ti hava a logo) and published it in my personnal forms.

when I send the page (event to myself) the form is correct when I open
the message but in the preview pane, I still have the default message
form without my logo.

how can I also have the preview pane use my custom form ?

oh... I forgot to tell you: I use OL2K3/Exch2K3 anf the form is based on
the RTF version of the default email.
