Hi Every Body,
I want to make a custom function which looks for full is stop(.) or number
in the text matter.Whenever it find it breaks the line.
As i want to display every sentence in seperate line.
Please write the code for this function and tell me how i call this
function in Access report.

If your version of Access is late enough, you could use the replace
function. The following would take care of the Full Stop character.

Replace([YourText],".", "." & Chr(13) and Chr(10))

It is a bit more difficult with numbers. If you had the string "This is a
number 123 with three characters" in the string would you want
This is a number 1
2
3
with three characters

or

This is a number 123
with three characters

Also what would you want to do with leading and trailing spaces, question
marks? Exclamations!

Which version of Access are you using?
