Custom Help in Access 2007 gone missing.

I have a database which I developed in 2003 format which has been in use for
some time with numerous different users. Some new users have started trying
to use it with 2007 and the problems are now starting to show up. I'm
researching all about the differences, and can see I'll have to bite the
bullet and buy(!) 2007 (intending to run both on same machine) and start
re-writing my code. But the most inconvenient problem to date is that I've
also created a compiled custom help file, which users access via the F1 key,
with context IDs from all over the place in forms etc, which now won't work
in 2007. Typical message complains about not finding
"MK:MSIStore:members.chm" or some such ("members.chm" being my compiled help
file). The file is there, and if they open 2007 empty from 'start', F1
brings up Access' own help.

I've trawled all the usual places, and can't find anything (yet), and I'm
not familiar with 2007, so it's proving difficult to assist users via a phone
call. So in advance of me getting 2007 and starting to recode (custom menus
don't work either - arrgh!), can anyone help me with a quick fix for this?
