Custom Installation Wizard

Is there any way to add patches to a custom installation
wizard file (MST)? If not that way, do you add it thru a
profile wizard file (OPS)? I would like to deploy Office
2003 using a MST file with all the patches. Can someone
tell me how, TIA.
