Custom Lists - hide standard fields

I have added some custom fields to my Risks and Issues Lists in Project
Server. These new fields I have ordered to appear first in the data entry
screen when adding a new item. How do I screen out ie omitt some of the
other fields I don't want in this entry form? (I know I can do this is a
view for listing the data after it is entered)
