custom macros in normal.dot wont load

Custom macros (keyboard) show up in macro listing in normal.dot file but they
will not respond to keyboard commands. Windows XL Ofice 2003

This newsgroup is for questions about macros in Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

I'd suggest reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Word: there's
no similarity to macros in Access and macros in Word.
