Custom Maintenance Wizard not making changes to Outlook profile

I am attempting to disable RPC over HTTP from a few existing Outlook profiles
on my network. It does not seem to be working, and I've tried choosing to
overwrite the existing Outlook profile.

Anyone else having this issue, or know why it's not de-selecting the option?
