Custom Menu Bar

Hello...

Okay... I am frustrated... I built a custom menu bar and I have the menu
selection called "Window". Under this menu option I want the user to be
able to see what forms are currently open.

When I go to the Window and Help section under the customize menu I do not
see the selection to show which forms are open. Either I do not see it or
Access is calling it something I do not recognize.

Now I did try the "Built In" Menu options... and added that to my menu
bar... that works... however, it displays the "hide and unhide" options. I
do not want those so I removed those. When I removed those... it also
removed them from the Main Access Menu Bar... which I didn't want. Only on
my custom menu bar.

I am using Access 2000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
