Hi all
I am trying to create a new custom questionaire that contains checkboxes and
select from drop down lists that can be emailed to clients.
I can create an email with the checkboxes which I can email but when the
recipient click on reply, the boxes disappear so they can't answer the
questionaire!
Is there a way to create a questionaire with Checkboxes and drop down select
fields that I can email where the recipient can respond with the answers on a
reply email?
