I would like the ability to cite, APA style, a post someone makes in a discussion forum (much like this one).
I cannot find a suitable (easy) way using the current reference sources in the "Add New Source" dialog box.

Is there a way to either
    1. create a new reference source style
    2. Modify an existing one or
    3. Import a citation created outside of the Insert Citation dialog so it is included in the bibliography.
    The format needs to be
Frook, B. D. (1999, July 23). New inventions in the cyberworld of toylandia [Msg 25]. Message posted to http://groups.earthlink.com/forum/messages/00025.html

    3. No.
Word does not provide any means of customising its referencing.
