Custom Show Speaker Notes

Hi,

Is it possible to have speaker notes that are in line
with customized shows?

Thanks!

Can you clarify what you mean by "in line with"? You can place speaker notes
on slides in custom shows, yes.

Do you need to print these or view them while in show mode or something
else?

Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Let's say you have 3 custom shows in a presentation and
you wish to print the speaker notes for custom show
number 2. The only way I can see is to export to Word
and delete the unnecessary slides, which is a bit on the
cumbersome side.

Thanks

When you go to File/Print, you should have an option available in the middle
of the print dialog to print custom shows. Then you just select which one
you want. (This option is available in PPT 2002, anyway, and I suspect it's
there in 2003 as well. IIRC, it's also an option in PPT 2000, but I'm not
sure. Also not sure about 97. Helps if you tell us what version you're
using -- I should have asked, sorry.)

In the Print What box near the bottom of the print dialog, choose Notes
Pages. That will print your speaker notes.
