Custom size page to fit to A4

Have a document from a user which is custom size. She would like to work
with this on A4 size.

Is there anyway that this can be achieved within Word 2007 (before reaching
the printing stage).

OK, seriously: if you are asking how to convert this document from
custom _page_ size to A4, then why yes: this can still be done, even in
Word 2007. PageLayout tab in the Ribbon is your friend.
