Yes it is, but last time I looked it isn't easy! Download the project SDK
from msdn.microsoft.com, all available instructions are in there or just
search msdn.

Thanks Rod, I need one more clarification. I know how to add custom taskpanes
in Access 2007 and Word 2007. Is the same approach will work for MS Project
2007 ?
