Custom Templates in Publisher 2003 Beta

Is there a way to setup or otherwise import a template in
Publisher to produce specific results. E.g. Using Avery
SKU 33376 stock paper. This paper allows two cards to be
printed, each using half of a full page. Basically a tent
fold. THis would also require that text be printed on
both side of the stock.

Yes, this is possible. Simply set up a document that matches your layout
(use File > Page setup and Arrange > Layout Guides for this) and go to File
