Custom Toolbars

I am trying to remove some selections, that come up by default on the
apps toolbars.

I have tried using the resource kit, to write a .mst file to complete
this task with no luck.

My question is there a way of doing this through the registry?

The selections that are of intrest are:

(tools on the web)

(office assisstant)

(activate product)

Also stacking the toolbars in two rows by defalut.

Any help would be great.
