Custom View with Filter in Resource Assignment

Wondering if this is even at all possible...

I want to filter out all assignments that are %complete = 100 or remaining
work = 0. I can set up a custom filter, but I have to do that everytime I go
to this view.

I know I can set up a custom view in Resource Assignment, but it seems to
lack the Filter functionality that MOST other views have in their setup
features.

Question is...can I create a custom filter in a custom view? or is this
another oversight on MS's part?

thanks!

If selecting the "Incomplete Tasks' filter from the drop down is an issue you
could create a new view with that filter already applied since all views are
made up of a table, group and filter.

Bad news, my friend. There is no way to include a Filter in a Resource
Assignments view in Project Server 2007. Hope this helps.

so...after 5 years of 100 projects a year, each resource is going to have
1000's of completed tasks that I'm going to have to sift thru each time I
need to review Resource Assignments?????

HUH???

was there any user acceptance testing regarding this product? <strike that
due to whine factor>

Thanks Dale!
