Custom Views created in Excel 2000 not working with Excel 2003

I've created views in Excel 2000, Win98SE; the Views work
with Excel 2000, XP Pro; some users are not able to
utilize the Custom Views using XP Pro Operating System
with Excel 2003 SP. Is this a compatibility issue? If
so, is there a work around so I can get the views to work.
