I am using the customer service database template and I would like the
"Customer Details" form to diplay the opened cases for each customer in the
"Opened Cases" tab, like it's supposed to. For some reason, they're not
pulling (I have a few case tests made up).
I know it's got to be user error, could someone point me in the right
direction? i imagine you'll need more details, let me know.
