Customise Calendar Time Scale e.g. 50 min, 50 min, 25 min, 30 min

I need to be able to customise the time scale for a full day with varying
times in line with a school timetable. e.g. 7.30 am, 8.20, 9.10, 9.35,
10.02, etc.
