Customising look and feel of PWA 2003.

Hi,
I want to change the look and feel of the Project Server 2003 PWA
completely. I know that the colors, fonts, logo etc. can be changed from the
stylesheets. However, I am looking forward to add some flash, change the menu
bar completely, adding images to the background, etc.

Any help in this regards will be appreciated.
