customising project risks and issues

I was wondering if anybody could advice me how to modify the templates of
risks and issues on PWA so that everyone viewing them can use it without
changing their indivdual risks and issue template.

The customise fields function only changes the template for that one project!

Hi, Dale i think you helped me out with something else - you are very
useful! I have followed these instructions before- however after i customise
the "new site" -i try and save it i get an error message saying "The
specified gallery is not available for this Web site collection".

I dont know where to go from here. This is the last thing i need to sort
out before "We go live". By the way- I'm not working
