Customising settings for each user who logs on

Hello everybody,

Im trying to setup Outlook 2003 for all the users on our domain, the
problem is we dont use profiles, so I thought I would ask you guys
about the best way of setting outlook up.

How do I set all the settings needed for outlook so that when each user
logs on they are able to check their email.

I was thinking it would be something in the c:\documents and
settings\all users\ folder that could reference our exchange server and
use the %USERNAME% variable, but im in a bit over my head here so any
pointers will help.
