Since it's hard to ask the question directly, I'll simply describe what I
want to do. I'd like to be able to use the Business Contact History Window
for a Business Contact as a detailed journal, not just a listing of activity.
Right now, I have a spreadsheet that has contact information, a listing of
all their e-mails (to and from me), and an 'activity' column which allows me
to enter notes as to the status of our relationship, including expectations
and to-do's. An easy solution would be to get the Window to display a
viewing area the same way that Outlook already does for mail messages, only
this would be for *all* items in the History Window. (Selecting an item in
the Business History Window would render the complete contents for that item
- including a scroll bar, if needed - in a separate window.) Lacking that, a
nice preview of the body text (also a regular Outlook feature) would be
adequate, but I can't get the Notes column to word wrap, rendering any
reading of the item virtually meaningless. Help! Thanks.
