Customize Current Day Highlight in Outlook Calendar

Is it possible to change the way the Current Day is Highlighted in month
view? Font size, color, background color, etc. If so how.

The only thing you can do is choose a Windows theme that has different colors
or better contrasting colors. Otherwise, no, you cannot change it.
