customize form handler

Please can anybody give me code i can use to manage simple form and how to
use it. i just want code that will forward the form content to email. Thank

What language(s) does your server support (asp, asp.NET, PHP, Perl)? Does it
support frontPage extensions? If so, does the host allow emails through the
extensions?

My Hosting server support (Persits ASPUpload, Persits ASPJpeg, Persits
ASPEmail ASPHTTP, ASPDNS, ASPTear, ASPPOP3, CDO/CDOSYS (Mail Objects) ) and
doesn't support frontpage extensions. please advice
