Hi All,
this is one htat is of interest to me too. I would like to know if there is
a way to add permissions in one place in WSS, and then have it filter
through to all the Project Workspaces?

Do the following:
1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage Security link
4. Click the Security Templates link in the sidepane
Modify the templates as you wish. Hope this helps.
