Customize Issue Form in Project Server 2002????

Does anyone have an idea on how to customize "Issue"
form's fields? We are trying to create an issue
management that matches our needs and look-and-feel
instead of using the PWA generic fields/columns shown on
the issue form

Title *
Status
Priority
Assigned To
Issue Owner
Due Date
Resolution
)

Delphin:

You can do this on a project-by-project basis as an administrator or as the
project manager for the issues list by clicking the Modify settings and
columns link within the library. To do this globally, so that every subweb
has the customization, you'll need to get under the covers with STS.
