Customize outlook today doesn't work anymore

When I am in Outlook2000 "Outlook Today" screen, I used to
be able to press "Customize outlook today" and organize
tasks in due date descending order. I can no longer
activate "Customize outlook today" button anymore. Can
someone help me?
