"Customize Outlook Today" for Outlook 2000

After reinstalling Office 2000, and then clicking
the "Customize Outlook Today" icon in Outlook, I get no
response. Have tried a reinstall of the Outlook
compontent of Office suite and the "Detedt and Repair"
feature of Outlook. Neither works. Any thoughts about
how to fix this problem?

I'm having same same problem after sp3 install on 4 machines, haven't figured out yet.

Google search on "Cannot customize Outlook Today" gives 13,000 hits.

Sheesh.
