"customize outlook today" in Outlook 2000

My "customize outlook today" button in Outlook 2000 does not do anything. I
know this is how to make "outlook today" be the start up point but I click on
it and nothing happens. Is this a bug and is there a fix for it?

I've seen many post referring to the "work around". I've tried the steps to
edit the registry and it doesn't seem to be working. Any other ideas? I'm
using Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000.

Thanks,
Darren

I agree with Darren. I haven't been able to get this to work either when
trying the steps to change the registry.
