Customize Outlook Today NOT responding

I am trying to customize my Outlook Today page. I click
the button labeled "Customize Outlook Today..." on the
upper right corner of the window, but nothing happens.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

The version that I have is Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1
(9.0.0.3821).
