Customize Outlook Today

I'm running Outlook from Office 2000 and the button named Customize Outlook
Today doesn't do anything. Have I messed up a setting somewhere. It used
to work several months ago.

I too am having the same problem with the customize outlook today, in
Outlook 2000. I am on a Windows XP computer. Before you say it, I
have checked Google and the groups. I have tried out the workaround
stated in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;820575.
It did not fix the problem. Any other ideas?
