I like the high degree of (customizing fields) that comes with BCM, but I
need to be able to modify the Product & Servies listings in Opportunities.
I'm referring to the "Products and Services" section located in the lower
half of an Opportunity window, where the column titles are: Item name,
Descrption, Qty., cost, Markup, Unit Price, etc.
These column titles don't reflect what I need, and although I see how to
customize many fields in BCM, I can't figure out how to do it here.. I need
to link specific SKU's to a contact, and then build an opportunity report
that reflects these same data and format. Any ideas? Thanks much
