Customize quick access toolbar

I use about 25 icons on this toolbar. The toolbar itself is almost
completely filled with icons and an expansion wiindow shows when I partially
minimize the sheet that there are more icons to display. Is there any way to
get the quick access toolbar to roll into a second line of display?
