Customize the size of the paper

I have a report that use a customize size of sheet, its
works fine, when I have Win98, WinNT, Win200, but in
Windows XP, I cant create a customize size of paper, and
XP restricted in standards sizes, A4, legal, A2, A3, etc.

I need, how I can create in access with windows XP a
customize size of paper or via access programming, define
a customize size of paper. please help, I spend hours and
hours without solution.
