customize toolbar icon size in word 2004?

is there any way to customize the size of toolbar icons in Word 2004? A guy
I work with recently upgraded from version 6.0 (yeah, a big jump!) and would
like to be able to resize his icons larger so he can see them better, which
was an included feature in the old version.

Hi,

Clive is correct, but there is a work-around if you're willing to go
that far.

If you are willing to learn VBA, you could create userforms that have
larger pictures of toolbar icons. You can have those pictures be buttons
that can be clicked to activate most of the commands that regular
toolbar icons activate.
