Customize "View Resource Assignments" view

I want to customize a Resource view. I understand how to create and
customize views, but I can't seem to find THIS view in the manage view area.

In "Resources" click the "View resource assignments" on the left hand panel.
I want to filter this view to show a few resources. However, I can not find
this find this view in "Manage Views". I know I could "Save Link", but that
sets the start date as part of the saved URL, so I think I prefer making a
view.

You need to create a custom Assignment view. Hope this helps.
