Customized Borders

Can I costomize borders in Power Point? I want to create a border(s) with
1(s) and 0(s) around the picture(s). Thank You for any help!!!

You can try out different patterned lines for the border, but not 1s and 0s.
Possible with some workaround though. You might want to email me at
