Customized form - Sharepoint

Hello,
We are looking to create a customized form by PowerApps to fullfil a SP Documents Set and documents within in the same time but we got an error with the patch function (we did not write any) and we are not able to save any data. Does someone have a tip for us ?

Using Microsoft Power Apps

1. Navigate to your SharePoint site: Go to the SharePoint site where you want to create the customized form.
2. Click on the List or Library: Select the list or library for which you want to create a customized form.
3. Click on the "Power Apps" button: In the command bar, click on the "Power Apps" button.
4. Create a new app: Click on "Create an app" and choose "Customized form".
5. Choose the form type: Select the type of form you want to create (e.g., item form, edit form, or display form).
6. Add fields and controls: Drag and drop fields and controls from the SharePoint list or library to the form.
7. Customize the form layout: Arrange the fields and controls to create a customized layout.
8. Add logic and validation: Use Power Apps formulas to add logic and validation to the form.
9. Save and publish: Save the app and publish it to your SharePoint site.

7. Add logic and validation: Use SharePoint Designer's built-in tools to add logic and validation to the form.
