Customized menu in Server Settings

Hi:

I am using Project Server 2007. We are just in the migration stage. I have a
problem...loss of functionality I should say! we had a custom menu under
Admin Settings in PS 2003. So only people who were admins could see it. In PS
2007, I am unable to add a link to Server Settings. May be it's read only. Is
there a way to have a custom menu in Quick Launch or Server Settings and make
it available(visible) only to the Administrators group ?

Hello:

Sorry people. I tried it again. I am able to add a menu under "Server
Settings" and when I log in as a team member I am unable to see this menu. I
guess last time I forgot to refresh the view...
