I transcribe discovery documents using a customized
outline numbering list to get this:
Q.01 question
A. answer
Q.02 question
A. etc.
In previous Word, changing levels was easy with "Tab"
and "Shift+Tab". No need to remove hands from the
keyboard, quicker, easier.
Now to get to change levels I have to click the "Decrease
Indent" or "Increase Indent" which means I have to remove
my eyes from the screen, handle the mouse and look up to
the took bar, find the proper "Indent" button, click and
go back to the screen. When you have a 400 page document
of Qs and As this gets to be tedious.
How can I modify the "indent" feature to be able to
use "Tab" and "Shift+Tab" as in previous versions of Word?
